About Thomas Hogan:

Tom Hogan was born and raised in East Hartford and has lived here most of his life. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Hartford in 1981 and he served as an officer in the Connecticut Army National Guard.

Tom’s interest in U.S. military history and his affection for his hometown led him to research East Hartford’s experience during the First World War.
